    This wildflower is native to much of central and eastern United States. It is a fantastic pollinator for the bees and butterflies. They use the flower as shelter and nectar. It is perfect for gardening and landscaping due to it's huge bushy features and bright purple flower head.

    I live in California and plan on transfering Aster along central coast for monarch migration
    Should i do this dince its not native to our state?

    if i want to keep this in a pot how big should my pot be?

      We recommend a three gallon pot, but definitely nothing smaller than one gallon.

    They are so pretty but they smell like a wet dog lol...I tinctured some this fall.
