The version of toxic was great, the vocals, wow ! Darryl sang beautifully, so sad about his brother ❤️ Jamie is a fantastic performer and loved hi voice ! One night only beautifully interpreted too , the standard gets higher every year , sure is a lot of talent around !
I am blessed with a beautiful singing voice (College Voice Major), but I know, without question, that I am not good enough to compete on this level. I am surprised by the applicants that think they are talented enough, and their families who encourage them, which sets them up for disappointment. Conversely, it is thrilling to see someone who doesn’t realize how talented they are…until they open their mouths in song…and WOW!!! In an instant, their whole life just changed.
That's so true. I wish more people who are great but didn't believe in them selves would come on these shows instead of these delusionad people... I mean it's a fact that you hear yourself different than other people, but you must have to have any kind of awareness...
The deluded ones are the absolute funniest-when they say 'I'm a great singer, I've got the X factor', you know they're going to be rubbish. I wonder what became of Jamie Afro, I really liked him at the time.
I'm a big fan of this show and I know the Judges can be harsh sometimes but their telling the truth. I don't know why ppl wanna compare themselves to other singers for. Especially Whitney Houston! I've only seen about 4 or 5 women that could sing like her and that's out of hundreds of women. When u try out just be ur self sing a song from ur favorite singer but make it ur own. Put ur own twist to it and maybe u will get through and STOP trying to tackle Whitney Houston cause its NOT gonna work. That woman had power behind her vocals. U will not top that!
Yes agreed...only few can sing higher notes or voices .. Others are stupid and have big ego...😂 And it's hard to learn sing high ...Look some vocalist like Richard Bedford from above & beyond...or Freddie..and you must learn how leas your lounge

I had a friend who kept going out on job interviews for Clerical Associate Employment. She had the experience needed but for whatever reason she was NOT accepted for work. Eventually? Her Dad was owner of a food franchise & she did exceptionally well working for him there. If a person can not obtain as simple an employment as a Clerical Associate who has qualifications what makes these 'wanna be superstars, think/feel 'they' will be chosen?
