- Learn to use the Korg Volca Kick for fat, bouncy techno basslines! The audio in this video was originally part of the Korg MicroKast Podcast, which is no longer available. I've uploaded it here with some visuals. If you like this kind of thing, check out my books on Amazon, Google Play Books and Apple Books.

I want one of those CRT X/Y Oscilloscopes so bad
Awesome work!
ahhh cool you still make volca vids :) I love the V. kick. Most underrated of the bunch. Not necessarily the best, but most underrated.
Great work! Love the books, recommend highly if you have a Volca. This video is just what I was looking for. Some inspiration to use my Volca Kick
Wow, this sounds awesome!
love that sound
Cool 👍
Hello MISTER volca,!! WeLove your videos
Hello! I’m glad you’re enjoying these. I think this Volca Tips video series is reaching a wider audience than the original audio podcast is was made for!

Had no idea you did books!!! Can't seem to find the one on the kick which I'd really like. Is there one on the volca bass too?
Hi, the Kick and Bass books are currently available as ebooks from Google Play Books and Apple Books. The Bass book will also be available in print some time this year as part of a compilation, probably with the Beats, Bass, Keys and Mix in one book.
Hey! What model is that oscilloscope?? Looks dope!
Is this the original Kick or did Korg upgrade it somehow? Or are you just really good with this thing? Not many people are.
Yes, it the original Volca Kick. As I say, I’m overlaying a 909 kick drum and using the Volca Kick for all the rest of it, via delay and distortion effects. It’s a really good synth for bass. It sounds very analogue.
It's always been great people just underestimate it
