@@caripokrassa5027 I would use the turbo brush that it comes with and did you check the whole box that the vacuum came in to check and see if the instruction manual was in there
@@richardbilot608 I'm assuming that the turbo brush is the main, largest roller brush, right? I can't get that to attach to the Kenmore-labeled hose. I can't figure out what I'm doing wrong. ugh! (I'm a little concerned too that I didn't get a new vacuum, because the manual wasn't in the box.) Thank you so much for your prompt replies and patience!
@@caripokrassa5027 it’s not the main floor head there’s a small black tool that should say on it pet handy mate that’s the turbo brush if you don’t have that then I would use the wide dusting brush
If Shark were to make a bagged upright, I'd imagine it would look very much like that. I wonder if that vacuum has been made for Cleva North America Inc (who now seem to own the Kenmore vacuum brand) by Euro Pro who own Shark? It looks quite nice - we dont get anything like that in the UK - in fact we dont get much new innovation here any more compared to what the US gets.
I purchased the Kenmore BU4022, but the brush roll unit keeps on coming off when I vacuum. In other words, that unit connecting to the body or main unit doesn't lock. Are you having that problem with your new vacuum cleaner?
I bought the Kenmore intuition I cannot put the bag into my Kenmore intuition vacuum I am trying to put the bag in but iam trying to but iam having trouble getting the bag in Laurie Alvaro

I’ve haven’t had a problem with it at all for the past year or two that I’ve had it

It can be a little tricky you just have to line it up right

9 out 10 Kenmore products isn't made by Kenmore. So I wouldn't be surprised if it was made by shark. My Kenmore washer was made by LG
