Yk for realism artists they rarely do a tat the normal way.. you don’t even need an outline it’s just preference honestly and it’s frowned upon when it’s done against everyone’s knowledge of modern tattooing. Also if you’re talented enough.. they delete the use of a shader bc of the simple fact smaller work takes more detail and more time.. smaller sized needles tend to work a whole hell of a lot better when your trying to capture a detailed image on flesh✅

You need to work on a flow, one line. Don't keep lifting up off the skin. Tracing will help you make one goo line. You'll rip someone's skin open doing this

I know you are a scratcher trying to do it from home if you don’t know what wormhole is, I suggest getting an apprenticeship so you don’t have to ask stupid questions on CZcams

I practiced on myself I've done 8 hubby helped with the one on my back... their not perfect but their unique to me and I'm happy with them... getting better too most of the mess ups come from that shit ass ink not taking word of advice if tou go for those tattoo kits get better ink don't use the crap that comes with it... it works but takes twice the effort

On my fake skin I just use a little Vaseline before and after a wipe- even if the ink has sat there for a minute it takes care of it

Try dab whipeing insted of draging tha papertowel across it it will look better not smear and if your tating people it feels alot better on skin
put a thin layer of vasoline everytime right before you line. then whipe and add another layer. itll keep it so clean
