I've had the FitcamX in my '23 Hyundai Ionic 5 for just under a year. My only beefs are that I have to turn the Bluetooth off on my phone to connect to the camera by wifi (as advised by Fitcam tech support) and that there is no GPS. With the unit right in the windshield like that, GPS should be simple to include. Otherwise, it's a great camera and I'm happy with both front and rear video.

How does it withstand heat, and does it use capacitors or lithium batteries?

From what I found lithium and no issues in the heat so far up to 96 and quality still great

@@LJsGarage Lithium? So, there's a risk that a $100 camera could burn down a car worth five figures.
