I'm not sure if I can even put into words on a screen how much finding your podcast has changed my life, but I'm going to try. After burning out part way through a degree followed by months of depression, then a near death experience followed by the loss of my relationship, I had found myself in a place of deep despair. I felt complete disconnection from source and from love. I had lost faith. I felt like I was so wrong, and unlovable that I would surely be punished when I die and I was living in a complete fear frequency swirling around in my shadows and negative patterns. I had forgotten how it felt to feel the interconnectedness of everything. I really felt utterly alone, parenting two young children by myself on a low income due to my study break and I was flooded with emptiness and dark thoughts. I really felt like I wanted to get off this ride and that I wasn't strong enough to do this. I didn't want to. However, when looking for something to listen to on CZcams, the universe put your podcast my way and I felt a deep richness of information and comfort. It was like the universe was sending me a little bubble of light and love in my dark times. So I started making my way through all of your episodes one by one. I felt the weight and heaviness start to lift as I listened, I could go about my busy day soaking in the truth and love of you and the people you talk too. I started buying books recommended by you or written by people you speak too and following their social media accounts and flooding my brain with their messages. Hearing the stories of others on the spiritual path that have grown through their struggles gave me hope again. Gradually I started making better choices, meditating, getting up early, daily devotion, prayer, reading, dancing with my kids in the morning and most recently I was accepted for a scholarship to study the gene keys, all thanks to one of your podcasts with Richard rudd popping up and pointing me that way. This has helped me find a route through my shadow without becoming overwhelmed. These synchrinisities are happening all around me again, and I see them, and I feel them. I'm catching my thoughts and changing my frequency and I finally feel the deep love and connection of the mother again. I do not feel deeply alone anymore. I am healing and being a happier more present mother. It's an upward spiral from here. 12 years ago I met my husband. This was after being at a crossroads and about to leave for Peru to teach english. Not knowing that at the crossroads I'd meet someone who was Peruvian. 12 yrs later I'm now living in Peru. I trusted the process. I completely feel this chat to my core. I just didn't know I was trusting. Life is full of lessons and like him my parents (in survival mode) made me choose, even if it hurt me so much at the best of times. Great convo and what an authentic man. I can tell when people are real (due to trauma) and just not wanting falseness, this guy is real to the point of floating above all of us. Great person ❤️
