That number is inaccurate. Everyone expects him to earn that much but the reality is these recent years the ad revenue is really shit. He finally gave us a number the other day, saying that his Keanu Reeves video that hit 9 million views made 9000$, and that’s when it does well. On average, I think he gets around 5 mil viewers per vid, so when you calculate how much that is per year, he basically earns 2 million dollars per year. The recent Minecraft videos though have really given him the boost, so I think something like 5 million $ is plausible, but Minecraft is kind of an exception. He’ll go back to earning the 2 million $ per year, and that’s before taxes btw.
