I’m glad this is getting called out, I went snowboarding for my second time last week and getting off the lift is scary to learn, I’m always afraid of people judging me! Luckily almost nobody on the mountain is like these two
Just remember two things, everyone had to learn something for the first time and it’s okay to laugh at yourself as well. If you just embrace the fact that you are learning and going to make mistakes the perceived judgement of others doesn’t even matter. Just have a good time!
I was exactly the same as you. Its really daunting getting of the ski lifts and worrying about what others think of you. However, the majority don't really care and understand that we are all had to start at some point. Just keep at it and embrace you'll make mistakes but you'll learn from them.

It’s always good vibes to know when I visit for relief from the city to get some fresh air that there’s someone judging, mocking me, and posting it. Where I live we help people who are having a rough time in unfamiliar terrain.
When I got off the lift, it was my first time and they had to shut it down momentarily. When I got off I fell and got smacked in the head and ran over by the cart. 🤣😂🤣

Funniest story about a relative on the ski lift we were waiting for our turn to get on and btw we’ve been skiing 10+ years so he should be a natural at it but anyways he he was just behind the spot he was surprise to stand and his wife was telling him to come back to the line and the ski lift tripped him and he was just laying there swearing in Arabic it was hilarious 😂😂
I went to Breckinridge and the lift that takes you up to the top of peak eight gets of side ways instead of forward so you get of a little later and I got of too early and tripped two of the other ppl in my lesson group and we were all laying on the ground and they had to stop the lift
Bruh I always slide like that guy with the skis but I snowboard so instead of slide i have this mechanism where I always curl up in a ball and get ready to experience some pain cause I TUMBLE

I think the one who fell in the first one was me. So that place looks like Colorado in the mountains and I had fallen right there in that spot when I got off. Was there a free style place if you go left because if so that’s me falling

Ong u should have seen how I got off….. do me and my mom and my brother were on the thing and when it was time to get off we couldn’t get up because my ski thing was like tangled with theirs and so when we like fell off the ski lift hit my brother in the face and the guy had to stop the lift to make sure we were ok😀🙂
