The most relaxing part was the appropriately priced coffee

To be fair, a *lot* of high-quality, fresh-roasted coffee costs upward of $17 for 12 oz. Even if you made the coffee at home, that runs you somewhere between $1.30 and $2.00 per cup or more for the coffee beans alone, depending on how much you use per cup. Add to that labor costs, electricity cost for temperature-controlled kettles and commercial equipment, and additional ingredients to the coffee and you're probably looking at $3.00 per cup at least to just break even. Of course this all goes out the window if you're talking about poor-quality drive-through coffee which has a greater percentage of cheap syrup than coffee.

legendariersgaming yeah, no, it literally doesn’t have more syrup than coffee. If you want to get technical, you’re gonna be paying like $60 or more for fresh coffee and it has to be less than a few days old. I’m sure you know that though, and you’re not just gate keeping because you feel like you’re intelligent. Coffee keeps for less than a week at prime quality.

I used to get asmr tingles when I was younger, and since coming back to watch asmr videos after a few years away I realised I'd developed severe tingle immunity. I've been looking for my tingles for about a year now and nothing has worked until I saw/heard this video. The light inaudible whispering at the beginning sequence really got me and I continued to get light tingles throughout. Thank you Madi !

when you explained all the coffee stuff you answered all the questions I’ve had about coffee and super relaxing at the same time
veee some shops do a traditional macchiato (shot of espresso with just tiny bit of milk) just so that you know that may be different if you order one! a traditional cappuccino is also a little different than what she said at the shop I work they are 8 oz and then lattes are 12 or 16 oz! just thought I’d let you know that it may be different than how she explained if they use a traditional menu! :) I hope this helps you!

One reason why i loved this is because I find sitting in coffee shops and reading comforting. As i'm reading i'll be listening to the people and machines behind the counter and everybody else in there. I get some of the best asmr doing that.
Imagine a roleplay where you are getting an overview of all the possibilities your coffee could be by the barista while a crowd of people stands behind you, waiting impatiently. Sometimes you can hear a whispered "Hey could you hurry up. My lunchbreak is only 30 minutes" or "Oh great. As I'm not already late enough." The whole time you get detailed descriptions of the beans, the milk options, the sauce options, topping, everything your mind knew and never knew could be added to coffee and after a 30 minute long tour of all the possibilities the last sentence spoken by the barista before the video ends is "Oh, just plain coffee then? Alright." while you hear a collective of sighs in the background.
