Wind instrument is a clarinet. You should read about Igor Krutoy on Wikipedia as you'd probably find it interesting. He didn't come out of retirement but working with Dimash must be like a breath of fresh air and definitely put a spring in his step. I think he is having a lot of fun working with a young man and Dimash will for sure take Igor's career to new hights.
You must see his Arnau concert which was this year in his caountry, it was amazing, the best concert I have ever seen. More than 400000 people from all the world came to see his concert where 3 houres he sang live, played instruments, danced. Many reactores already reacted in his full concert.

I guess you expect him to go high and belt in every single song. This is MY most favourite song of his! Those notes at the end, we call them alaap in indian music, and he did sing along with the instruments. I haven't heard anyone in the other part of the world do it till date. His low notes are incredible. IMO He doesn't need to have high notes in every single composition, he tells the story perfectly and the song flows accordingly. Speaking of grandmothers, and Dimash and healing, you should watch "Dimash! The Incredible Journey Of Rae Ward ". She's a grandmother who watched Dimash on the Singer program when she was undergoing chemotherapy and decided she had to meet him. So she recovered and journeyed to Kazakhstan from New Zealand, and was welcomed by Dimash and his family into their home, wheelchair and all. I think she runs his New Zealand fan club now.

I am not a grandmother but am old enough to be since my son is 30. This is the first performer I have ever seen with fans (or dears of which I am one) learning his songs phonetically because he sings in so many languages at any given concert, to be able to sing along with him. I don't know any other performer that has his fans doing that. Oh, a song here or there perhaps a Christmas song or an opera song but not someone who falls in multiple genres like Dimash. That has got to say so much to people watching his concerts, seeing him cheer on his audiences to sing in a foreign tongue and knowing they can. One of the other things I love to do when watching him is watch his hands. He is an absolute amazement.

New Wave is a singing competition in Russia, and founded by Igor Krutoy. Dimash was invited by Igor Krutoy as a guest performer, not a competitor. You stopped the video, that's ok. Dimash told everyone it is was a special day for him because it was his sisters (Rashaun) eighteenth birthday. He wanted to take the opportunity to wish her the very best, and that he loved her very much. The Master of Ceremonies went on to say that no matter how many times Dimash goes on stage there are always a lot of flowers. Igor also receives flowers and a kiss on the cheek from his granddaughter at the end.

If you guys ever get chance further down the line to watch his concerts you definitely should. I've probably posted about it before but I always feel like people are missing out on the full idea of an artist until they see a whole show of theirs. @@maggietang6576 Oh I know I have watched ALL of his videos even the ones before the Singer-he really needs to get away from BG China and get western label-he is being suffocated by not only BG but his father obviously doesn't know Western entertainment so he is stagnating in China doing silly songs like"Only you" and "couldn't leave" but I'm so glad he is going to NYC for his concert!

Speaking of grandmothers, and Dimash and healing, you should watch "Dimash! The Incredible Journey Of Rae Ward ". She's a grandmother who watched Dimash on the Singer program when she was undergoing chemotherapy and decided she had to meet him. So she recovered and journeyed to Kazakhstan from New Zealand, and was welcomed by Dimash and his family into their home, wheelchair and all. I think she runs his New Zealand fan club now.

I am not a grandmother but am old enough to be since my son is 30. This is the first performer I have ever seen with fans (or dears of which I am one) learning his songs phonetically because he sings in so many languages at any given concert, to be able to sing along with him. I don't know any other performer that has his fans doing that. Oh, a song here or there perhaps a Christmas song or an opera song but not someone who falls in multiple genres like Dimash. That has got to say so much to people watching his concerts, seeing him cheer on his audiences to sing in a foreign tongue and knowing they can. One of the other things I love to do when watching him is watch his hands. He is an absolute amazement.

Thank you again for you reaction. I am also a grandma. :) This video is very recent, it was in August of this year. It was at New Wave in Sochi in August of this year. New Wave is a singing competition in Russia, and founded by Igor Krutoy. Dimash was invited by Igor Krutoy as a guest performer, not a competitor. You stopped the video, that's ok. Dimash told everyone it is was a special day for him because it was his sisters (Rashaun) eighteenth birthday. He wanted to take the opportunity to wish her the very best, and that he loved her very much. The Master of Ceremonies went on to say that no matter how many times Dimash goes on stage there are always a lot of flowers. Igor also receives flowers and a kiss on the cheek from his granddaughter at the end.

This is my favorite song to date, followed closely by ‘Eternal Memory’, a song that he covered from a film released in 2017, called ‘Battle of Memories’. It is a Chinese sci-fi crime thriller, and in the music video you get scenes from the film. The song he is covering is specifically the ending song.

If you guys ever get chance further down the line to watch his concerts you definitely should. I've probably posted about it before but I always feel like people are missing out on the full idea of an artist until they see a whole show of theirs. And luckily he has three online with subtitles too so you get to see the interactions with the crowds too. :)
I second, third and fourth that suggestion...I am always saying the same thing, but no one listens to me...hope you have better luck...there is just no comparison to Dimash at his concerts....He is in his element with his Dears.....
Agree!His Arnau concert was a total masterpiece but some of his fans seem to like living in 2017 Singer renditions instead of up to date 2019.lol
