- Dragling liquid manure at D-45 dairy. Running 24/6 while the weather was fit and the fields were harvested. We have four crews that pump manure for a few of the dairies. Each crew has a quadtrac applicator tractor, 7r on the hose mover, 8r for marking fields and pulling three hose carts, as well as the main pump and three booster pumps.

What have you found to work the best for the next tillage pass?
Looks great! What type of bedding do you use? How big of hose? Looks like 10”. Is this a puck set up from the tractor to the pit? What are your gals per min and at what pressure? We have a Bazooka system. Thanks
We used recycled manure solids as bedding. 10 inch main lines, averaging around 3000gpm and a max psi of 180.

What is the purpose of running the John Deere with the chisel plow?
it's just to lightly mark the sections of how we split up the field so the applicator knows where to stop and where the hose will be laid so we only ever need three sections of hose per triangle.
