Bay Leaves (Tej Patta) - 2
Green Cardamom (Hari Elaichi) - 3
Cashew (Kaju) - 10-12
Green Peas (Matar) - 3/4 Cup
Basmati Rice - 1.5 Cups (Washed and Soaked for 30 mins)
Ginger-Garlic Paste - 1 Tsp
Salt - 1 Tsp or to taste
Garam Masala Powder - 1/4 Tsp
Water - 3 Cups
Lemon Juice - 1 Tbsp - Jak na to + styl
