    I agree: Movement is not to be feared. What is to be 'feared' (avoided, actually) is *rapid progression* of movement under load *with poor technique* ...

    i truly learned a lot from your vids, but this exercise seems like something "not so healthy" to the joints. even you warned about doing it with a bad technique, i dont see what benefits we would get from it, i think that a "bent press" will give you better results on the same muscles with lower risks. and if you think that its so important exercise, i think you should tell ppl do it just after they master the bent press. again, i really appreciate your teaching and respectful for your vast knowledge!

      @@yosefco3 it's very healthy for the joints with the right progression. The bent press is much more dangerous and complex, it requires a lot of external shoukder rotation, and thoracic rotation. With bad thoracic mobility your shoulders will be ripped apart 🙏
