  • This wild Milkfish from Dubai sea water is absolutely one of the most healthy compare to the cultured one that mostly sell in the groceries.
    In this video, it shows from cleaning, filleting to the pan.
    A Filipino favorite “Daing na Bangus” or Milkfish marinated for about 24 hrs with Garlic, peppercorn and vinegar.

    I absolutely love this fish!, it is the best fish I’ve ever had in my life, and with a good amount of rice you can make it the best meal ever 🍚🐟

    This did not include cleaning out the bones. Milkfish has 180 bones throughout the whole flesh.

      Yes, you're right. in fact, my 5 years old boy eat all tails every time I fried medium size fish. Its because these milk fish won't fit to my frying pan :-)

      it is actually require so much effort to debone a fresh milk fish. you need to unfresh the fish to soften the meat so you can pull the bones easily. meaning you will have to sacrifice the quality of the taste just to fully deboned the fish
