It's Portuguese bread. People think it's from Hawaii because of the brand name but you of all people know its the same bread found in East Cambridge.
Those nachos look 🔥 I’m a SUCKER for good nachos! And none of that ‘cheese sauce’ either!
Spicy stuff is life. If it's not burning out a portion of one's stomach lining, it's not real food.
When you show foods like the nachos (where portion sizes seem small) can you put something in the shot to give the dish size perspective? Maybe a cup, or use your hand to hold it, so we can judge the size of the dish?
