I will especially miss being able to watch your friendship with Ryno. So incredibly happy for your new opportunity with Disney, which you sound so excited about! Over the years I’ve loved watching Craig and his honest opinions. The glue that held everyone together in a professional and fun way. The banter between Ryno and Craig always cheers me up. Hopefully Craig and Ryno can catch up at some points. But I wish you well Craig in your new adventure with Disney - how amazing!!! Well done.

It isn't even funny to hear them say that the toxicity of this workplace is all in good fun. Many good people left because of that not being true, and Ryno should've left a long time ago. I mean just listen to how they treat him in this episode. And look at how many people there are here. It's amazing, considering how far behind they've fallen in the past year. Is anyone trying, or all they all happy to sit back as Craig carries the channel for them? I used to watch this channel daily, and then a certain someone got too toxic but Off the Rails started and that was amazing. I don't understand why there was no reflection about why that was so good and why they lost that. Meanwhile, WDWNT started their podcast and it's been the model of how to do a Disney show. They basically do all the things that people have been trying to say the DIS should do. They're focused, they're relevant, and most importantly they're having a good time. Compare John's gaffe at about 18:00 and they way he doesn't pay for a Disneyland trip but expects you to make content if you go anyways, for example, to the way Tom Corless runs his show (literally rented an apartment in Japan to get Tokyo Disney content) and you'll know why this channel can't survive without Craig.

Craig you should put together a video of gaffes throughout the years of The Dis. That would be a lot of work though. It would be hilarious! Good luck in your new adventure.

As long as this channel has been around and you still only have 163,000 viewers other people who have been doing it shorter for a amount of time have over 2-300,000 viewers you need to take a really good look at what is going on and what is wrong with your podcast it’s not the right people for some reason. Maybe you need to start completely fresh with new people. I have a feeling this is going to crash once Craig leaves. He was the only one to me that was holding this group up. Best of luck to you Craig you made the right decision.
