I do ChinChin in commercial quantities. I don't use milk or egg but when you eat it, you think there is milk in it. All I do is to use the best quality of the ingredients, measurement accordingly. Very soft, crunchy, yummy and tasty. To God be all the glory.

What's the cause of a flat chinchin even When you use the right measurement of baking powder
This could be as a result of so many factors, eg, your kind of flour, your flour butter, and egg ratio. Watch my chin videos on ingredients and measurements.
Make sure you are using all-purpose flour for your chinchin recipe.

Thanks for the tips but my Dr what can I do if I fry my chinchin and quickly remove it and realized my chinchin didn't dry well?
Give your chinchin enough time to fry, fry in batches, don't crowd your oil, or add too much at a time. This will allow your chin chin to fry properly and prevent it from absorbing excess oil
