Best scotch eggs Recipe||Nigerian scotch eggs
In this video, you will learn how to make the best scotch egg recipe. I hope you enjoy this video.
List of Ingredients
5 hard-boiled eggs
Flour(4 Tablespoons)
500g of shredded beef/ sausages
Spices ( 1/2 tablespoons) you can adjust to your taste
2 extra raw medium-sized eggs for coating and mixing
Breadcrumbs ( you can get it from your local store)
Vegetable oil for frying(1 litres)
Fry on medium heat until golden brown
