They will consider but hindi lang un ang basis.. during the interview (if you are a fresh grad), we mostly look at:
1. Your attitude
2. How you express your thoughts
3. Your thesis specially your contribution dun

Nako po meron akong interview on Monday. Nasa Infrastructure talaga yung field ko pero naging interested ako sa offer ng company kasi sobrang lapit lang samin hahaha. 15 minutes away lang from my place
I believe ang magiging role ko is a Software Tester and nakaka inspire naman po kayo hehe.

i know im late na po pero im so inspired po na mag qa tester , never po talaga ako naging magaling mag code basics lang po then im overwhelmed na sa iba ,meron po ba kayong advice para po sa mga aspiring qa tester ,like what to study to get the basics ? thankyou very much po :).

Thank you for this mam. Interview ko po bukas as ASE sa ACN. Mejo kinakabahan dahil hindi ako masyadong fluent sa english hehe. CE grad po ako at may working experience na rin pero naisipan ko magshift ng career. May mga kakilala ka rin po bang mga Civil Engrs na nag ASE?

Hello po ulit, may I ask po kung may work-life balance kayo sa career nyo. Madami po kasing nagsasabi na pag software/developer is more than 8 hours yung work and need ng continuous learning. Interested po kase ako sa tech field pero baka naman di ko na ma enjoy yung life ko and mawalan ako ng time sa family ko. Sana po masagot ulit. Salamattt.

Yes I do have work life balance naman. Actually, it's your choice naman. Choice mo kung gusto mo mag-overtime.. choice mo kung gusto mo na puro work work lang. 😅
To achieve work life balance, you just need to manage your time and set your priorities. Sa IT Field, you should learn to say "No". It is also important to take breaks. A ten-minute break will do. Learn to plot personal time as well. ❤
Hello ma'am Kiela this is so random but hmmm, Do latin honors (___Laude)matter po in terms of compensation sa mga companies??

It is a plus point actually. But if you couldn't justify that during the interview, then that wouldn't matter. What I can suggest is to do well on your thesis. Interviewers usually ask about thesis sa mga fresh grads. We want to check kasi how you contributed and how you get along with the team members. :)
Any advice po maam. . Zero experience in IT. . Last 2013 pa aq nag graduate.. kaso wlang experience. . Gusto ko sana mag apply as Qa., Any advice pls..
Hi Sir.. You can apply sa mga companies na tumatanggap ng no experience. Meron po mga companies na ganon and they'll train you po for months.. Ang downside lang is you have employment bond usually.

Hello, apologies for the late reply. Yes, okay naman po kay Seven seven. I think kaya naman makipag-sabayan ni 77 sa ibang company pagdating sa salary.. but of course you just have to showcase your skills. :)
