The 2 smaller lid clips broke off on the very first time I unclamped ! It hasn't seemed to affect anything so far but it's a testament to how cheap it's build quality is. I'm sure and expect overtime it'll break or stop working in like a year

Best to return and get a refund. We think the concept is good, but the product definitely need to up it's quality

Im confused, is it a heater or a cooker, like if i had it plugged into the car all day would it keep the food warm or overcook it.

I have one , it basically warms your food . It will definitely not cook .

@@thehowtostudios1980 The food should be fine. The heat produced by the box is moderate. It's only enough to warm the food but not powerful enough to cook the food.

Yes. The container is meant to be "re-heated" via the charging cable.
