I still can’t believe it’s been a year already, the world hasn’t been the same without Kobe, Gianna and the 7 others! Prayers and condolences are forever with all the families of all these great people, I hope they know how loved and missed they all are..
Agreed. The world hasn't been the same without Kobe. 2020 had so much loss and it feels like the tragedy of losing Kobe, Gianna and their friends was the beginning of an apocalypse set in motion.

Kobe had a closed, direct, and fast paced personality. So he was like the ultimate director on the basketball court. Add in his obsessive desire, a need to be the best player in world which was possible given his extreme natural ability along with his high level ability to learn. There is no question Kobe was the best 2 guard of his era and one of the greatest of all-time.

Last year at this time was a horrible day. I’m in Chicagoland and i deliver pizzas, and just driving around seeing people distraught and in complete disbelief tells the magnitude of this loss. To this day, i still grapple with the fact that Kobe isn’t here anymore. I don’t even like the Lakers. But in my lifetime, he was one of the greats.

As well as, all the comparisons instead of enjoying the greatness that was presented to us in the moment.
