Dans les bas-fonds des favelas, Aaron, un petit garçon, mène une existence misérable et solitaire.
Jusqu'au jour où il aperçoit un sublime oiseau s'envoler, de là, un fort désir d'évasion va naître en lui.
Il va donc tout entreprendre pour atteindre son objectif : voler !

that was wonderful, not only the animation but the way the whole story evolves:
Desire, failure, perseverance, failure again, more perseverance, succes, downfall ... and the hilarious ending!
This went places I didn't expect. The CGI world could sure use more animations like this.
I think it was symbolism for the TRUMP impeachment. At first with the Mueller report things looked great at first.... only it led nowhere and failed. All the failed attempts to rid the country of TRUMP. One of them will eventually succeed and the world will be a happier place. It will be an even happier place when his entire crime family is behind bars or laying in shallow graves after receiving the Russian Czar treatment.

Ignoring the series of unfortunate events...
The bird been sucked up by the helicopter propeller is impossible, as the propeller pushes the air downwards. Even animated cartoonish version should follow some basic principles.
Also, at the end I genuinely expected that the boy reborn into bird, to fall to the ground, since newborn birds usually cannot fly. (He could have still be eaten by the cat after falling down.)
