Performance and Breach of Contract: Material Breach, Immaterial Breach, Anticipatory Breach

Normally, parties to a contract are bound by and have certain duties under their agreement. First and foremost, this includes the central duty to perform their obligations in good faith according to the terms of the contract.
But if performance is not according to the contractual terms, then there is a breach of contract. In this video, we look at what constitutes breach in contract law and what the consequences of such breach are.
