It's SO worth it to cut down number of times washing your hair in a week! It saves me so much time washing it a couple times a week. I do have super thick hair, so I typically can wash it 1-2 times a week (and just wash my body the other days).
It’s been a process but I feel like it keeps my hair healthier too!
