Love that you got out on the water for some of the shots of the bridges. I've ridden those excursion boats on the Red River, what a pleasant thing to do in Winnipeg. I highly recommend VIA Rail if you have never ridden it. The trip between Vancouver BC to Winnipeg is spectacular and the service is very good. (PS "VIA" is pronounced Veeuh not Vyeuh :) Great video, brought back good memories!
Beautiful old train depots built to last forever. Makes me wonder how many little depots in smaller towns were torn down when passengers were no longer boarded there or no need for office staff. They all could have been mini museums for railroad enthusiasts or for history centers for the town, etc. Brainerd, MN had a sizeable one that was torn down for a strip mall. What a shame.
