Wow, this really hit home! Through shadow work, I discovered that I put up a wall between me and the divine. I’m trying to let that wall down, but am dealing with depression. I now know that it’s all connected. I’ll try meditating on the crown chakra and will carry some crystals with me. Thank you, Veronica!

This is wonderful! I do have a question though and I have been trying to find the answer but it still confusing when I read it ( I feel like I am reading a completely different language?😅) the question is, how do you "spin' your Chakra? Why do you need to spin it and how do you reverse the spinning as well? What does that do for the Chakra itself? Thank you so much for your time!

Some people have been taught and believe that they have to focus on figuring out how to spin their chakra. In my experience that is not true and that’s not anything you need to worry about. When you are focusing on meditating regularly and doing the work to unblock your chakras, your chakras will naturally spend the way they are supposed to.

Hi, I tried doing a visualization of my crown chakra opening up like a huge lotus flower, with white light energy poring into it. I tried it during a daytime astral projection attempt and found that it created increased body vibrations. So I kept doing it, off and on, for maybe about a total of 20 minutes. Afterwards, I felt nauseated for about an hour or 2. However, I've tried it a few times since then (for much shorter times) with no ill effects. But due to my initial experience, I'm wondering if maybe I shouldn't be doing this unless my other chakras are more fully opened. Any thoughts you have on this will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Sometimes when you are flooded with higher frequency energy that your neurology isn’t used to, you can get symptoms like that. it’s simply a matter of giving your brain and your body a little bit of time to acclimate to the new energies and you won’t get those symptoms anymore. This is called “Ascension sickness “
