I thought there was actually 13 Chakras? There's the Chakras that are more popular such as Root all the way up to the Crown Chakra but I heard some ppl mention the energetic Chakras that are not in our physical body but more around us or above us....is this true or just more misinformation or lies lol? Thanks V....I just think ur the sweetest and ur voice is so soft and pleasant.....I really love ur energy!

You’re so sweet ! 🥰 Yes. As I discussed in all of these chakra videos, you have many chakras. I think you actually have a couple hundred. But I just focus on the seven main chakras.

I’m embarrassed to admit that I have totally forgotten about the sacral chakra. I’d meditate, going from my crown, to my third eye, to my throat, to my heart, to my solar plexus, then jump to my root chakra. Oy vey.🙄
