Karl Malone was super fit. That's one reason he's one of the highest scorers in the history of the game.
Missing only 6 games in 18 years is incredible..
Dude was rock solid. All Muscle. Fit as can be. To not even tweak an ankle or suffer the myriad of injuries that a player can suffer, is truly insane. Perfect example of what a strong NBA body is. Anthony Davis should be ringing up Malone for his entire dietary and fitness routine

Malone was so awesome. His jumper and fadeaway were so smoooooth
âMust win, ballons are on the ceiling and the champagne is on ice.â A classic quote. If you want to hear stories about unrequited love, talk to Karl, Charles, Patrick and Dominque. As a NBA fan that loved the way they all competed their stories are the best soap operas because they were real and the passion was so obvious.
Karl was the "Mr Olympia " of the power forwards !!! Unstoppable Train !!!!

@25:55, Yes, Cheryl Ford is Karl Malone's daughter. There's no way that he can seriously deny that.
I noticed that many felt what Karl needed judging as if they qualified as Malone's father. Seems wholly patriarchal. Often we assume a role in relationships and Karl often played along to get alone.
