- Most people including court professionals are unaware that family courts are getting most domestic violence custody cases wrong. There is now a specialized body and knowledge of research (ACEs & Saunders Study) that can help judges recognize and respond to domestic violence and child abuse. This knowledge was unavailable when courts developed their response to domestic violence.
Family courts have been unwilling or unable to create needed reforms based on the highly credible scientific research now available. The courts turn to mental health professionals as if they were the experts in domestic violence. Barry and Veronica will discuss 20 common mistakes in evaluations that lead to harmful and tragic outcomes. In discussing evaluators' mistakes, the webinar will explain how the courts get these cases so painfully wrong.

I could cry, this video just took my experience right out my mind. I’ve been suffering and feeling so lost, confused. It’s really nice hearing what actually happened to me instead of being accused of being dramatic. I was left feeling like I should have never mentioned domestic violence incidents or child abuse. @alyssadrennon2390 the difference between what they’re saying or what they said in this video from two years ago, and I would like to know what their stance still is about educating the judges? because the judges know exactly what they’re doing. It is their intent to the ones being victimized outside of the court. My judge one of the seven (I only met 5) and he was the one who courtnapped my child in 6/2033 awarding custody to our abuser, followed by the next judge who I hadn’t met who issued a fraudulent TRO - followed by our 7th judge who kept that as a TRO up until 1/2024 when he gave my daughter & i a 3 yr sentence of NO-Contact.
This is a big problem in court and the victim comes off looking like the bad parent while the abuser is laughing at them. My child has a mental health issues due to years of the abuser behaviors towards me and things he has witnessed.
The worst part this happens on purpose. They know exactly what they are doing and the children suffer the most but they just don't care because the court systems and so called proffessions have loyalty towards the abuser/abusers and protect the abuser regardless of the irreversal damage it causes.

Abusers always get custody, if they contest it. If our lawyers were really representing us, they'd advise us properly. But they make more money by dragging it out
I want to know how many mothers end their lives or simply starve in poverty because of courtroom abuse and heartbreak. Because that should be prosecuted as M*Rd*r with the husband, his lawyers, all the judges, other "experts", the police who failed to help despite repeated calls
@danacheryl5538 it won’t be just the attorneys to make it harder to parent children- they also Co-conspire with the other side - And all the money that they’re draining you up could also have gone towards your children. Instead they like to bankrupt you sometimes make you homeless.

Please understand that even when there are criminal convictions for domestic violence, all of that evidence does not matter if there is an agenda already set to reward the abuser and punish the victim. I have evidence that these Professionals lie under oath to pretend they know nothing about criminal indictments and convictions for extreme violence, s*xual assaults, and attempted murder. Again, please understand that Evidence Does Not Matter.
How do we fix this, my baby is 6yrs old and cries for me. I feel like I’m dying a slow death. These abusers are still killing his slowly and we are drowning begging for someone to help us.
I want to help people, I don’t know where to begin. I have been through similar issues. It makes me sick this is still happening.
Could we please do a presentation that addresses how the Evaluators, Judges, and Child Protection Workers do NOT make mistakes in our cases? So many of us have evidence that they know exactly what they are doing as they endanger our children, and some of our evidence includes actual setups where these Professionals abuse their power and they literally set us up and set our children up and lie and scheme to justify trafficking them to our abusers. When can we do a presentation that exposes all of this? I'm concerned that when it's framed as "Getting it Wrong" or "Mistakes They Make", it's just providing these dangerous evil Charlatans with an excuse for their evil actions. The public needs to understand that these Professionals are not "getting it wrong" or "making mistakes". This gives a false sense of security to victims of domestic violence because it makes them believe that "Gee, if only the Professionals were more educated or if they only believed us..." NO! ENOUGH IS ENOUGH IS ENOUGH! THESE EVIL CHARLATANS KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING AND THEY DON'T CARE WHEN OUR CHILDREN DIE AS A RESULT OF THEIR EVIL ACTIONS. 😢😥😢😥

@adpchannel-qm2gy Me included… since I haven’t been able to obtain all of our court transcripts because the court report is are also involved in the fraud- But i do have recordings of the hearings and even tried presenting it to the 7th judge who denied it. As well as the evidentiary codes that allow you to record in a non- 2party state when i was threatened by judge #5 that i could go to jail for recording or worse - incarceration.
The clerks are also writing falsified, min orders and opposing counsel writing fraudulent FOAH’s and PD writing reports- & withholding evidence. RiCO lawsuits are in order

With overwhelming evidence, how can it possibly be, that these courts can continue doing business?? Shouldn't there be a mechanism that can put these courts to a halt and be subjected to a full accounting audit of conduct of the court, under a breach of their fiduciary obligations as trustees of our trusts?
Unfortunately these judges abuse their power of law. They do have power to control and make drastic decisions without properly evaluating cases.
judges are not held responsible for making incorrect rulings. then there are possible bribes, between attorneys or to the judges. The children are the biggest losers in the whole thing, and of course it destroys the life and mental health and finances of the good parent
They are given a lot of discretion and I and millions agree with you that a thorough audit should be conducted in every county on a regular basis.

We must not be expected to remain in this servitude to provide children to the world for war fighting that they feel they c an ruin this way. My son has a toddler-my granddaughter, whom I got to be part of her life for over a year, and love her so much only to be estranged by my son, whom left the state without even a goodbye, has broken me. 💔 My grief is so heavy some days that I’m not sure I’m going to make it. Some people my find the concept of "learned helplessness". To be that someone simply gives up. But in reality, sometimes what happens to someone when they try, becomes more damaging then just enduring the original shock or abuse.
I did everything you are told. I did leave. I was granted aDV Protection order. But police simply failed to enforce it. In court, all he had to was hint at alienation and no matter what I did or what he did the court assumed I was lying. This was in spite of him having multiple protection order requests from 18 different people in Criminal, family and civil courts. They ignored the fact that the professionally supervising organization spent face to face time with my ex 8 hours a day days a week and were very biased. They punished me by bypassing the law that he could not have primary custody due to his convictions by simply giving him the same time as if he had joint custody even though he had no legal or physical custody. Everything this man says is dead on. The courts ignored the damage he did and allowed him to drag me back to court every year for 15 yrs. I never had a question about my parenting yet they gave him enough time to basically pay penny's in child support. Which had been his goal.

My girlfriend of two years is going through a contentious divorce with her abusive narcissist husband of 17 years before we met. Not only was she abused the children had to endure excessive mental abuse so bad the sixteen year old daughter attempted suicide at 13 yo. These children are being further traumatized due to bad litigating on her attorneys part. Massive amounts of evidence overlooked to support the children’s mental state due to their father. Now my girlfriend is between stock and a hard place writing her own order for the court to review because her attorney won’t stand up for her and the children. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Until a certain point Ibelieved that they needed to be educated on domestic violence specifically cluster b personality disorders. I stood with Anna when she was trying to get the resolution past back in 2017. Which is now SB 331 Piques law which will never help as many children and mothers as we could if we just help these accountable. It also won’t help the ones still suffering now or have recently been taken from the protective mother who was coerced into reunification therapy and the kind that they made me present to the to go to, and forced back into the hands of our abuser. And all of these mental health professionals know exactly what they are doing, too guess what I recorded all of our sessions and conversations of the clinic with those mental health professionals as well, right of mine was taken away willingly and joyfully because these sick individuals working together love to see people suffer and besides, it’s their livelihood.

I'm in King County, WA. The biased GAL sided with the alcoholic husband. The father claimed he couldn't parent because I was controlling. I kept saying he couldn't get out of bed because he drank too much. My son suffered so much and now he is one hot mess. 4 months after the FPP was finalized, the father went to the hospital for alcoholic hepatitis and cirrhosis. Now he is controlling our son with unlimited Xbox, a secret phone, missing school 32 days this school year, and not doing his homework. How can I compete with that? We, as parents, agreed that there would be no Xbox or phone due to his destruction and lack of homework. Then secretly he was letting him play Xbox behind my back and gave him a secret phone. Now my son won't come to my home for the past 9 weeks.

He knew once son turned 13 years old he could use coercive tactics to play son against me. He is also law enforcement. It's a very difficult & delicate situation. On the topic of unfounded CPS cases, some abusive fathers weaponized CPS just like they do the court. Repeated reports and investigations will be called to try and establish a paper trail and wear down the mother. All that money everybody puts into domestic violence shelters will only help women who refuse to do anything about their lives and I'm highly offended being as I've been poor and I've worked hard my whole life I have fallen knees yeah I have a domestic violence it was from my abuser to be honest and I don't say that lightlee I'm not an angel I'm just honest and especially about my kids and I've been taken by the system because I was vulnerable the same way the narcissist was abusing me David Refuse me access to police reports that I need for court that I'm going to I can't find a lawyer to even call me back and he has a lawyer he just got ADY make him false claims I haven't even met my daughter's teacher this year.. With my state health care I'll tell you right now I can't even get any help with my trauma I've only been further traumatized and I mean that by therapist since I was 14 years old. I have successfully completed every program in Mike county in Arizona I'm not a statistic or I'm the very small stitches sick of people who are not just gonna make it through this but could become case log cause I will not gon to give up and I am sick of people not being able to get the help they need because of their criminal record that is not OK I have worked extra hard my whole life and I pay the same taxes as everybody else but I can't get the help that I deserve I'm a single mom I don't Wanna be anything but a single mom and I can't work 2 jobs or then my kids won't have any kind of health insurance or boost your aunt's nothing everybody is stick of poor people. Domestic violence victims are getting out of a new relationship and realizing that they're with the monster everybody else is an equal participant and I am a CO dependent or whatever you want to call it I don't call myself a victim I can see where I played my part all 11 years and I don't understand why people want to perpetuate weakness.
