Summary: Aaron nervously calls Ed to ask him out for a drink, but soon cancels to help Adam, who is struggling at the farm with a broken roof. Later, Ed arrives with two teammates, and they step in to help fix the barn roof. Holly takes an instant shine to Ed, but it's not long before Aaron gets the confirmation he wants -- Ed is gay. Oblivious to this, Holly continues to flirt with Ed. Later, Ed is gutted to see Aaron and Adam share a moment of closeness. Once the job is done, Aaron is nervous as he stays behind with Ed while the others head to the pub. Ed asks about Adam, but Aaron is quick to explain they are just friends. My favourite part in this video (apart from the actual kiss) is when Aaron says "But Yeah, I Am Gay". It's so nice to see him actually accepting himself and outright admitting it, straight up, with no hesitation.

Aaron and Ed make a cute couple and that kiss at the end was amazing, you easily tell how Aaron was blushing afterwards, so cute. Side note, hummm its so obvious why Ed is receiving so much hate but I will not go into details with that. In conclusion, I think Ed is a perfect match for Aaron, he is so charming, down to earth and handsome, how can anyone hate him from having those qualities ? oh yea I know why but I will not mention it here, its really obvious why the hate towards him.. end of
After all this time, I still find time to make it back here and re-watch the Aaron Storyline, I still have hopes that Aaron will come back but I am afraid if he ever does many would probably have moved on from this storyline, especially knowing that a great deal of time has passed but still have hopes of one day Aaron and Ed coming back to the village. I haven't found any show that has made me hooked since Aaron ( Danny Miller ) left. I was really glued to Emmerdale every week and now Aaron is gone, I have nothing on tv that interest me.
You hopes may come true.

They really really don't, but Aaron needed this relationship at this point. Someone who was uncomplicated, straight-forward, and genuinely liked him from the start. It's what he needed to move forward after Jackson.

His last day is on April 5. He is on the show everyday for the next two weeks. He shot his last scene on March 2. So hopefully we will see him in something else not too far into the future.

Wow! Go Ed! This was kinda bitter sweet because it reminded me of that scene with Jackson on the couch where they had a kiss, Jackson thought Aaron had a problem and moved away but Aaron smiled and reassured him that he was fine. That was really sweet, just like this moment!
Of course I loved this, and all the kisses are welcome, BUT, why the hell are so many people obsessed about a kiss when this show has been offering truly stunning acting and writting like no other soap again and again? Like if a certain kiss is not their cup of tea, then the whole show is not authentic or something??? haha pretty basic to me

Should I 'll be making any out of this? No one, I d said no one commented about Ed's performance. I think Ed's emotions are so in tune with the character and the environment, couple with with the interaction with the characters, mainly Chas, Laddy and everyone else, is so natural that Ed bring credibility the story. I am looking forward to see Ed as he matured. My appreciation goes also to Aaron for same reasons ... Best wishes ...

Rewatching this today I have to say: hot, sweet, raw, realistic. I loved it. The whole episode really, knowing Ed´s team mates know he is gay and want to help him. It was all so nice. Also the Adam/Aaron thing. When you have a nice and kind epi accompanied by the usual great writting and acting Emmerdale has, what more can I ask for? lol

I actually preferred Ed over Jackson. They made a cute couple and Ed was such a hunk. It was also very obvious that Ed was absolutely smitten with Aaron from the start, which I found really endearing and good for Aaron's self esteem.
