I really liked the video, but I don't think we should interpret the wife of Clopas to be Mary's actual sister because it's unlikely two siblings are named in the same way. In greek, sister in law is the same as sister, the wife of Clopas would have been the blessed virgin's sister in law, so that's a more likely interpretation of the greek in my opinion.
