- A retirement community in Lancaster, Pa., is integrating tech more and more into the lives of their residents, proving what experts on aging have been saying for years: Older adults are just as keen on new technologies as anyone else.
WSJ family and tech columnist Julie Jargon joins host Julie Chang to talk about what tech appeals most to older adults and why.

Tech is an ever-evolving space and its hard for young people to keep up let alone the elderly. So power to those people who do not let their age hold them back from learning
My mind is sad y’all didn’t say “Hey Julie welcome…” and then “Thank you for having me Julie”
Julie...🤝 Julie...🙏
only tv or smartphone is what wsj needs to make them watch wsj
One of the residents volunteers his time? The costs of these communities is crazy. Everything is an “extra” with a cost associated. I’m sure the others in the class have to pay to be there. The least they could do is give a discount toward another class for the resident to offer to run this class.
“Not designed for them in mind” I wonder if that’s the actual use, or accessibility😂 there’s toddlers using technology just fine
Julie Chang sounds professional while Zoe Whats-Her-Name sounds like an AI bot.
I highly respect Julie as she is the top dog behind this series. But there is something about Zoe's wobbly AI voice that is so attractive. Zoe has a distinguish resume before WSJ. I want our Zoe as no one can fill her heels.
I'll say it again. PLEASE replace Zoe with Julie Chang 🙏🏽
Good comments👍🤝
