    I got injuried July 2023 PT since, MUA in DEC 2023, More PT, Scoped for Labrum repair (Slap 3 Repair) March 2024, More PT, MMI'D Aug 8th. Rating was Whole Body 6%, ARM/Shoulder 10%. Seems lowballed. Behind my back is bad still, Overhead can go over 20lbs. AL - Workers Comp.

    I had a cervical spine surgery on c56,7 and a herniated disc and was rated 5%

    I had 2 work injuries one for my right knee and my left wrist which I had surgery on . How does the rating goes for that?😊

    Hi guys,I have a question for you: what happen for mental issues due to overworking ,due to a stressful work environment? Is there any chance to be accpted in a Workerman’s Comp case?

    My question is work injury. I had surgery on my sijoint. Then and then I found out I need to have surgery on my other sijoint. So I was rated at 20% to the whole body with my first surgery. Now am in 3 week in healing from my other sijoint surgery. So my question is will my percentage change to the whole body or will it stay the same. Is 20% fair amount?

      It will most likely increase but only the doctor can say for sure.
