After a little over a months work and with JDM doing the liveries.
Its finally here, Scorpion brings to you the NYPD based LSPD CVPI Pack.
It's a ELS/NON-ELS Hybrid Vehicle that has 3 variants for patrol, highway, and unmarked use!

Q. Is this pack ELS, and if not, can you convert it?
A. This pack is a ELS, NON-ELS hybrid which requires use of both systems
Q. Will there be a FiveM version?
A. Short answer, No. This pack can work in FiveM it just wont have a working traffic advisor
Q. The pack doesn't work?
A. Double check, Especially if no one else is reporting the same issues
Q. Most of my lights are super screwed up but the T/A and some others?
A. Make sure you have Siren Setting Limit Adjuster installed (can be found on LSPDFR) since this pack uses 32 sirens
Q. The traffic advisor wont work or stays on?
A. Make sure your ELS is working correctly and you installed the correct XML
Q. What format will the files come in?
A. These files will come as a DLC List and will be Addons.
Q. How do the High Risers work?
A. The same way the in-game convertibles work. while stopped or at a low speed, Hold the H key on your keyboard. then the magic should happen
Q. Are these cars going to have reflective liveries like your last one?
A. Maybe if people want it but I'm not planning on it.
Q. Can I unlock the model just for myself/my server to change it?
A. ABSOLUTLY NOT, that is strictly prohibited

Appreciate it, its my first ever showcase for my own cars.
I really wish somone would do a ELS lore friendly LVMPD pack that has a crown vic and all 3 versions of fpiu. The only LVMPD pack out is so old now and has only a 13 fpiu
Unfortunately for any car with rotating lights it will always partly be NON-ELS. But, I was thinking about updating my current NON-ELS LVMPD pack as its quite old now. So maybe when i do it i can throw it into being a ELS hybrid aswell. All though its just a thought for now. not sure when or if i would update it yet.
@scorpionfam that would be nice. Hope to see it id love to see an updated els compatible lvmpd pack that's lore friendly. Id especially love to see one that has the vics lighting as close to legit as possible. Only part that sucks abiut owning a retired metro vic is I Can spot all the inaccuracies 🤣
