Welcome in from Texas! That’s awesome! Appreciate the kind words 🙏🏻 I was so surprised when I found that little shelter. They did a fantastic job and I was so thankful someone left some wood for the next person. I had some mushrooms I was going to sauté with the ribeye and then maybe make some potatoes. What you didn’t see in the video, is that I ended up accidentally chopping my finger and had to do some emergency first-aid. I was fine, just was a deep cut. That took up about an hour to clean up and at that point it was already too dark so I wanted to just bust the steak out quick. Hopefully next time I’ll have some extra time/light to get some good cooking footage in there. Getting dark at 5pm around here lately
