This is a wonderful video as I think kate as a character was not appreciated the way she should be .. firstly she was filled with so much of love not only for her family but also animals near her. She was so selfless that she was trying to give everything what her sister asked for even the love of her life . People didn't acknowledged her more except few such as Danbury , Daphne or Dorset for that matter in the initial episode was kind towards her and genuinely saw her as a person protecting her family and admired her for that . Mary loved her but didn't went to console her once when she was crying in the closet , even Anthony first didn't saw her tears in the closet and asked her to convince Edwina . The show showed how everyone was asking kate to do this or that but never asked her what she wants and what are her needs . She was so gorgeous yet no one asked to dance with her instead went only for Edwina which breaks my heart . Anthony loved her no doubt but he too ended up hurting her a lot especially with that engagement scene . Dorset did make her laugh for some time which I truly appreciate and seeing her smile made me happy as well . At such a small age she had to handle things but she did it gracefully being a women in 1800 that says a lot. There should be more episodes in S3 where people appreciate kate for her wit and beauty and also the way she loves a person so selflessly . .. really like the edit as it shows kate pov. 👍❤️.

She really is the best character for me, she touched my deepest soul 🌷 (both in the book and in the series, even if the events did not unfold in the same way, the essence of the character of Kate is similar ) Yes she is selfless. I am really relieved to know that she will be present for the next seasons because she is really my female character I prefer on the show. I haven't invested so much in a long time emotionally with characters, Anthony but especially Kate because I can easily identify with her and her choices. I'm glad that others than me manage to decipher this character and appreciate it at its fair value.... She deserves all the love in the world and to be the center of someone's attention. I'm so happy to think that she's going to start her own family with Anthony, because it's something she's never considered before ! She thought she didn't deserve to be loved, and it still makes me cry today 🥺❤️🩹 Jonathan Bailey's favorite moment is the last 3 seconds of season 2, it's the case for me too... 💘
Thank you for writing this , I did notice her step mother did not show any love to her run her out the room that hurt me to the core Anthony annoyed me sometimes so selfish at times towards her
I could not take Edwina calling her half sister the mother was neglectful to me all the mothers on the show selfish Kate is the only one who shows what it is to be a mother and sacrifice for your child give up everything to make them happy Kate did what the mother lacked
@@tracybrown448 yeah that particular scene broke my heart like you are a mother ofcourse you can be angry but still asking her to go anywhere else not letting her to explain her side was kinda mean . It shows how such people side with their real blood when the real time comes . Also she cried in the closet which makes the scene more heart wrenching . Like nobody is there for her she is all alone in this world.
Agree with everyone’s comments here…. The last scene before the camera fades out, the way they looked at each other and Anthony’s smile was EVERYTHING ❤️❤️ let’s not forget that Anthony’s family took him for granted too, Daphne’s “we only pity you” comment on his wedding day, when this man was barely holding on still irks me.

She sure did, and in those days women had to get married to financially survive, and Kate took it up on herself her fathers role to take care of them. This is what why I love this character Simone played her well , strong independent and as a black woman myself, we show this strength everyday with our families. This character Kate touch a lot of women.

Beautiful ..... I want see move creative edits focused on Kate's pov. .. She is IT. Simone Ashley is a jewel. I'm very curious how they will expand their love story even if they're not the main couple next season. They are sort of the leaders of the Bridgerton household now.

I found her truly delightful in the other Netflix series, Sex Education (if you haven’t seen it, hurry up and watch it). But her role was small bough quite memorable…her xpscenes blowing giant bubbles with her chewing gum were priceless. In my wildest dreams I couldn’t imagine in a matter of weeks after finishing watching Sex Education, that the biggest star on Planet Earth was about to come into being. Then Bridgerton happened and the whole world has now seen her and her exceptional range of talent and acting and beauty. Becoming a global superstar overnight couldn’t happen to a more deserving young woman. And she is genuinely classy (unlike the slimy family from Calabasas whose last names begin with Kar. . . . ). I’ve watched all of Simone’s interviews and she is soooo smart, insightful, and thoughtful.

Wow, what a beautiful video!! As beautiful as Kate Sharma. How was Anthony not going to lose his head in love with her? You captured that touching thing that she has, the love and sacrifice for her family. His strength, but also his vulnerability and loneliness. Luckily, paths crossed with Anthony and they met! (and her sister and mom finally saw her and valued her)

This is an absolute perfect Kate and Anthony edit especially because it focuses mostly on Kate and we have so little of them! Thank you so much. As much as I love season 2 I still feel like they did a disservice to Kate. After a few rewatches I don't mind them changing the story and actually like that they didn't do another forced marriage and that after all the hurt and drama Kate and Anthony both decided to be with each other! Loved that journey for them. But I still hate how little screentime they gave the Sharma family in relation to Kate's character. How little backstory they gave Kate! Episode 3 was one of my faves and I loved the flashbacks they gave Anthony explaining and showing his trauma. I don't understand why they didn't do the same for Kate. I also don't like how they wrote Edwina. By epsiode 6 she made no damn sense. She was entitled to be hurt and mad but her whole speech that episode was absolute nonsense. They gave her some weird ass girl boss momwnt or whatever and it fell flat because it didn't reflect what happened in s2. Also Edwina and Mary giving Kate their "approval" at the end and Mary telling her how she was always loved also fell flat because they never showed the two showing any kind of care towards Kate all season long. They only took and took and took and when things turned difficult they were ready to drop her and leave her all alone while hurting. Hated that. Sorry that was such a long rant 😰

I just adored this season of Bridgerton.
Poor Kate she really an orphan and shows strength, sacrifice to give her sisters heart desired. who then turns around insults her call her half sister , and say she did not know who Kate is, Edwina is spoil how you not know your sister raised you all those sacrifices Kate made for you gave up her life and Edwina say she don’t know her. Kate deserves Anthony that punk showed up in the end for Kate after proposing to Edwina in front of Kate. 😂
People tend to think strong women don’t need love too
