- Learn how to make a quick and easy December Daily style album base with envelopes, cardstock and the paper collection of your choice.
I've dug deep in the Closet of Shame to find Prima's 2015 Victorian Christmas Collection waiting to be brought to new life with an all new Throwback Thursday Tutorial.
I'll also share the finished album along with tips and tricks to help you create your own version of this festive design.
I really love this one, great to see how to make the folio, as a beginner it's very helpful. You are a great teacher. I would have loved to have additional videos to show the decorating process. I can't get enough
Thanks, Helen! If you look in my video archives, you'll find lots of mini album videos, and I do share more details in some of those. It's a very time consuming process to film a project, so I kind of have to choose in advance how in depth I plan to go. I'm glad you enjoyed the folio tutorial. I have loads of them on my channel!
What a beautiful album. I made a Christmas album in pink, purple and blue. Im now doing one in red and green. They are so interesting to do❤️💚

Wonderful! I'm so glad you have the paper in house. It really is a wonderful collection. I miss seeing these vintage style papers in the new releases from various companies. Exactly!! Like most paper crafters, I hoard the paper for this exact reason. Too scared to cut it up. This is one for me though. I so appreciate your designs. I also have Primas Sweet Peppermint. Wonder if you might design something with this paper line, if you have it??

What a gorgeous Victorian style envelope album Kathy. I adore any project that brings in the Victorian era and you certainly did that for us. I like the easy construction. I think it makes a "from scratch" album less intimidating for a beginner. Adding a wrap around cover really makes it feel more like a traditional album, too. Thanks, friend!

WOW! This paper collection is stunning and definitely new to my creative eyes! This is one I would willingly pay full price for if it were to be re-issued by Prima. I'm not much of a fan of their current penchant for pastels and or their mostly white backgrounds. I create a Christmas Countdown for the grands every year and this easy envelope album is a great idea for this year. I so enjoy your video tutorials and your tip filled narratives...easy to understand and follow along. Thanks for including your design changes and how to rectify each issue. This way I am confident that my "mistakes" can be adapted into the project with good results. How I wish I could get my hands on this collection!!

Where did you get your “gold” stylus? My mother is the MIDAS WOMAN! We all get her tools in gold (fake) and she just adores them. Just give me some ideas where I can get one.

Thanks, Dr. Amy! Sadly, I bought that stylus about 12 years ago from a company called Paper Wishes. I have so many requests on where to find it. I have not been able to find it on their website, and I've had it so long that the printed name of the company who made it has worn off the barrel. Perhaps if you contact Customer Service at PW and inquire they can point you in the right direction. It really is a great tool!
