Any thoughts? Installed this 40105 on my 2017 Tacoma and received a Brake Override Malfunction, then the truck went into limp mode.

You can reset your ecu by unplugging the battery. I would suggest calling into our customer service line right now for assistance

Did you disconnect your battery for this install?

With this you don't have to. But, we do recommend you getting your key FOB at lease 25 feet or more away from the vehicle when installing.

Hello, there are directions located in our "Installation Instructions" and here on our youtube. Installing the Xcelerator is universal for all makes and models currently. Let us know if you need any other assistance.
