- Welcome to the channel! In this video, I'm thrilled to present my deck list for the Chewbacca in Star Wars Unlimited. Prepare to witness the true power of this formidable character as we reveal the most effective strategies and cards to dominate your opponents. I've decided to use Chewbacca's ability and mix it with a bunch of restore units to make the path to attacking his base harder than most. i Hope you guys enjoy the list.

Hi! Nice video. What about the card “entrenched” card? It will make chewbecca an even better tank
Yeah it definitely would, but for this deck you need to have the option to have him attack the base if need be, but adding it in to make your opponent attack into chewie if you have resilient on him or other cards to make him bulkier
What are your thoughts on maybe siding in Guardian of the Whills?
I could see it having a place in the deck, maybe taking the spot of the wing guards for sure 👍🏻
Not sure if anyone noticed, but it's three cards short of being a legal deck.
Yeah it’s at the end of the list where I put that it got messed up for some reason and have three cards to add. I apologize for that confusion I don’t know why that happened
Greetings from Brazil! How this deck works against aggro, control and mid range?
I think this deck does well against aggro, being able to give things sentinel early and often can slow down aggro decks that don’t have saboteur cards out early and adding in the restore units makes it so you can reliably heal off the damage from early hits from aggro decks
Mid range game I think it does okay, you’re going to be able to continue to heal up using your units while using your removal cards to take out some threats from your opponents side. Space can be a struggle, but that’s normally where I focus my removal if need be.
This decks biggest problem is most likely with control decks. Decks that can exhaust your units and keep your grit units exhausted can be a problem so keep that in mind.

I’ll make a Luke deck soon. I have a list I have to go through, but I’m looking to maybe get a couple done a week starting soon enough 👍🏻 this was just a busy week
Given that you only have vigilance, there is not much reason to go mono blue, you get access to way better units by splashing another colour than any benefit you receive from vigilance (even just repeatable use of a sentinel Falcon in space is worth it). Maybe if you were using Bendu and leaning into that more. However, tripling down on sentinels and sentinels from chewie's ability AND healing seems like overkill. You are hampering your ability to win the game by doing it that way. I think the deck itself is fine, but would play significantly better with Leia as the leader and a few substitutions for strong rebels in Command.
I understand where you’re coming from, I did explain I the video that yellow was better, but I wanted to put up something a little different. I know the falcon combo and Leia is great as well, I’ve showcased it in a previous video. Bendu is definitely a card I went back a fourth with. Just wanted to talk about a different approach. I appreciate the feedback
Why do double blue icons? I want to do chewy with green
Chewy with green is better, but I was just trying to do something different rather than show the same decks over and over again. But no doubt chewy green is solid

@@The_Sharktocrab not at all, and honestly try out as much as you can. You’ll be surprised a leader color combination you never thought you’d like might be your favorite deck so I definitely recommend trying out as much as possible 👍🏻

If chewy gives sentinel, don’t you not need to include so many sentinel units in your list??
Because when he gives them sentinel it’s just for the one turn. It’s not bad to have sentinels as backups that can last over the regroup phase
