Fuquay is the fastest growing city
Tons of new construction and growth in Fuquay for sure. If you are looking for new construction itll have the most in the area! Johnston Co is growing even more!

Not aware of anything gated, but in HS we'd say 12 oaks probably has one of the most luxury feels! The subdivision has many phases and some are more luxury than others. Hemlock Preserve is also a good one to consider!
Next week, I will move to Holly Springs all the way from Europe :) can you please basically tell me about job opportunities out there. I have ideas but I want to learn it from you guys too. Thanks :)
Wow! Let us be the first to say welcome to NC! There are many different job opportunities in the triangle. Many people in Holly Springs will find it easy to commute into Raleigh or RTP for work if you are in the tech or STEM fields. Otherwise healthcare is a huge source of employment! But there are so many other jobs in other fields. We hope you will love it here!!

I heard and learnt a lot of good things about NC, that's why I choose over there :) It looks like firstly I will work at places like McDonald's, Chick-fil A, but time will show me what is going to happen after that. :) Really thank you so much guys for your answer.
