Mine is at 366.4% headshot damage...using chain killer chest...the gift backpack...HG mask and the other 3 pieces hotshot...all red cores except one blue in the chest...White Death with determined at expertise level 14(1.2mill dmg) and the scorpio expertise level 20(1.1 mill dmg)as backup for close range when the pesky rushers get to me to fast...most of the time 26mill to 33mill hits...the armor is low at 772k but i'm using the reviver and the fixer drone...is my favorite build for the reanimated event because is like a cheat code reaching up to 80mill damage hits.
I love the music in the background at the first CP. Wish this version was in the official soundtrack.
Man I have always wondered how on you guys have one shot builds and now I have added it to my loadout. I still need to tweak a few things but I was 1 shoting like crazy. I took down a heroic control point fast af. Ty

It's good to see that you're not one of those anti ninja bike bag people. I usually play off of most of your builds. Sometimes change them up a little for my particular play style or just testiing different stuff. Too many people hate on that backpack because you lose a talent, but if the bonuses you can unlock with multiple brands/gear sets can offset that it helps. Keep up the good work.

@@MBroam all over you tube and reddit, they try to go around "fixing" peoples builds that use that bag showing them how terrible it is and how much better their "build" is.
Most of those talents are amplifiers…the brand bonuses you pick up are mostly additive. You’re nerfing yourself because you can’t do math.
@@dbgkskillz maybe they should actually tell us that and make understanding the damage calculations easier.
@@deandrehoward1261 these devs are incompetent…they don’t understand their own game. Worst group of developers I’ve ever seen. They were handed the best franchise on the market, and have fumbled it every step of the way. They don’t know how to tell you how it works…that’s why every update is broken.

1:08 Ahh, man, I love listening to the enemies in this game. I'll come back to the game to play with family and try out some ideas... then boom, the enemies say something hilarious, and I just start laughing.
What helps make their voicelines so interesting and amusing is that they are usually caused by your actions or the battlefield situation, so they're relevant and reactive. It's actually pretty rewarding to "outsmart" them or pull some kind of strategy on them, then hear their reaction to it.
The only thing I don't like about this system is the JTF bug where they treat your shield like an enemy's, so, when you pull out a shield, the JTF nearby go "Coward's got a shield!" as if you're an enemy.
... Which, I mean, it's kinda funny... but still.

I managed to make this build from a couple of months ago and it is sick! LOL! It does require a lot of getting used to but you quickly manage some basic decent skills enough to really enjoy it. There's an odd thing I noticed, and I wonder if you have too. You mentioned it sometimes takes a couple of shots instead of just one, I specifically get that right off the start. One headshot to start the perfect headshot does not work ever... I need 2-3 sometimes four headshots to effectively get that started. And I sneak in real slow and steady like no one sees me and I have all the time in the world to make sure I get one straight in the head first, so it's not about making sure I do. I do. Still, never ever had the simple first headshot thing make everything else a headshot from then on... I wonder... WTF? :) Also if I miss a couple more shots, like literally not hit anyone, it's like I loose the benefit, yet nothing mentions skill reset so again WTF ubisoft???
I usually run the riot foam with the one shots. for some reason in my game the npc's keep moving around like they got ants in their pants. they just won't stay still longer then a split second.
Or they won't pop out of cover when you are aiming at them and you lose your chainkiller stacks.
Even harder with controller ........

Sorry Headshot dmg rolls and mods on everything the mask has a blue roll and the holster a red so 3 blues and 4 reds 10:39 shows the full screenshot too

Tried this build with with max rolls and only 1 blue from the Ninja bike backpack. Still does less damage than a 4 piece hotshot with airaldi/vigilance backpack and perfect chainkiller. Plus I get bonus armor that only goes away if shot off and I don't have to reload if I'm hitting my shots. This build at max stacks I was getting 27 million and the simple hotshot build was getting 30 million.
I honestly gave it a try but with it missing the bonuses 4 hotshot gives you I won't be using it.
Yeah the difference is vigilance must be proced at all times so if you take a shot you wait a few seconds. Reason I like using this is but so many variations of one shot builds enjoy whatever you want
@@NothinButSkillz When you have bonus armor that the 4 piece hotshot gives you it prevents losing vigilance. Enemies need to hit your white armor bars to disable vigilance.

This is what make the Build work
Headhunter / Perfect Headhunter for Chestpiece + Vigilance / Perfect Vigilance for Backpack + Determined for The Weapon normally MMR or Rifles
If one is missing you will get damage though but not that one shot damage
You can roll headshots damage of the pieces with weapon handling
I paired with Hotshot pieces and i was hitting btwn 30mil n 70mil damage
you don't need vigilance all for the build. Remember at some point you are hitting to hard which means that you will be wasting red rolls. This all depends if you play solo or in a group

How did you change the skin of the ninja backpack?
it glitches sometimes with the visuals of the bag you had on another loadout
Isn't headshot damage capped?
I am wondering what’s better: The 25% MR Damage from Breaking Point or the 30% Headshot Damage from the 3rd piece Hotshot. Have you tried?
I guess instead of 3rd piece Hotshot, (30% HS), it would be better to put a 2nd piece of Breaking point (30% HS + 15 % Handling) replacing Airaldi (only 10% Marksman+15 HS)
Hi dude would the nemesis Sniper be more powerful?
the magic to this build is using a non exotic Marksmans Rifle with the Determined talent. Yes the nemesis with do big damage but you will have to keep getting headshots back to back whereas the Determined talent once you get the first headshot kill will register any hit as a headshot and reproc when you get a kill, you can even hit guys with shields, turrets, robo dogs, drones etc
Been grinding for a week to get that backpack, still no luck 😭

How do you get the determined skill always on? Mine goes; 1st headshot kill should be a legit headshot kill, then i get the buff. Next shot uses the determined's guarantee headshot, then the next shot has to be another legit headshot kill to get the buff again.
should stay proced as long as you get teh kill
if you have the determined talent active and you hit an enemy with a helmet it will unfortunately plink off the helmet and you will lose the buff, so pick your targets intelligently
I made this build and spec it out the same way you have it. But, I only can get my head shot up to 271%. Am I over looking something?

Use sharpshooter scope has 45% HS
A piece of advice , with this build, you do not need to use zoooooom , just use iron sight and that's it . Enjoy

hah when i join a group and i happen to be playing my one shot builds i will normally ask them if they are okay with me playing with the determined talent. especially if it's just heroic content.
You might as well just play solo. I'm all for missions taking less time rather than getting upset that someone else is killing more enemies faster than me.
