I am a recently retire senior physician. I took up sporting clay shooting with a shotgun. I never held a firearm in my life. I experienced "golfer's elbow" in one arm and carpal tunnel syndrome in the other. Dr. Levi's advice has been a God send. He's brilliant. So it's not just for gamers. Nearly all of my shooting buddies hve experienced the same problems but were too embarassed to talk about it.

As an aspiring digital artist, i cant thank you enough. I was practicing 4 to 5 hours a day and getting a lot of pain on my tumb tendon and in my right hand in general, but these exercises are helping a lot.

    Hello Doctor,
wanted to say BIG THANK YOU that you helped me get rid of my wrist pain. I went to many doctors who couldnt help me and made an MRI that showed that my bones and flexors were all fine and that there was no inflamation. Even though I stopped playing the guitar and stopped playing table tennis competetive the pain didnt stop. I felt this pain in both arms espicially in my wrist and also in my forarm for 1 year until i watched your videos and perfomed the exercises mentioned in the video "Hand, Wrist & Forearm Strengthening Exercises". First I felt more pain than before but after a few days the stronger pain got less strong. I just did the exercises once a week because the pain was way too strong to do more exercises but it helped. After one month the pain got much better and my forarm strenght increased. The pain died away and by now I just have occaisonly little pain. I still try to do these exercises regualarly but I dont always remember to do them. I also play video games and as an gamer I can only recommend you and your great work that you`re providing for public. Keep making these informative videos and keep the good work up.
Sincere and greatful Thanks from me!

@@peterers3 I'll have to try those exercises, I've been gaming a lot and have had pain in my wrist on and off for about a year and a month, and lately it's been getting to me no matter what, and the occasional forearm pain, that also happened to me last week while gaming but felt it afterward. It's even gone as far as me taking a break from gaming, but maybe these will help, i'm really hoping that they help, because i really want to keep on gaming for awhile longer, but it's just so difficult right now for me. i'll take your word on it kind sir

I’m having a hard time trying to figure out exactly how those Thumb-Push-ups exercises were executed. With the poor camera angles it’s difficult, Sorry Dr. Levi but really hope you can do another video in the future showing that one exercise over again! 🙏🙏

Right now I experience wrist pain every once in a while. I regularly do the exercises in "Hand, Wrist, and Forearm Strengthening Exercises" along with regular bicep curls, tricep kickbacks. Should I also incorporate the exercises from this and your other videos on.strengthening the hand And if I do, how do you recommend I go about it? Alternate days? Do you plan on coming out with a book or video that incorporates all the hand, wrist, and forearm exercises you've been showing?

You can mix-n-match his excersizes, just make sure to hit each muscle group in your hands/arm, no need to do 3 different types of fingertip excersize.

I really hope this will help! I've been noticing a bit of cramping in my wrists lately when playing games for too long, as well as in my pinky joints and thumb joints connecting to my hands. Some of these excercises are pretty intense! At least for my unstretched hands. I'm young though, so hopefully these stretches will help before it's too late.

not a good idea to pull a 20 inch attic fan vertical out of your ceiling from atop in the attic after playing an FPS WASPD keyboard games regularly. I have what feels like a "Charlie horse" but in my forearm.
