    I worked out for years thinking I was a hard gainer, but the reallity is I just had a lousy. I then tried the Agoge Diet, and started seeing much faster and better results.

    I need help. My son is 11 years old and plays football. He’s currently practicing two hours a day. He’s 5ft9 and 200 pounds. His coach suggested him in losing weight. I want to learn as much as possible to cook healthier meals at home for him. Where can I start? Do I limit he’s carb intake or do the 5 5 3 2 method?

      Cutting is for bodybuilders. Unless you're an obese or a fatty , you don't need to lose weight just eat better and you'll naturally not want to eat garbage and be more full

    Holy shit man I was looking for a video talking about electrolytes like sodium and potassium and I was like alright wtf then he hit on it at the very end. Couple days ago I made sure I drank a ton of water, ate a lot of carbs. Had a couple bananas in the morning. and then I drank salt water no joke. Went to the fields a couple hours later after a year of not touching a bat. Hit more homeruns than I ever did. Felt like I was on roids. Crazy when you actually experience the science of nutrition

    yo... I don't know why I don't if I have some bazar ability, but for some reason I eat completely different amount every day. for example I have toast with peanut butter and bacon for breakfast yesterday and have only rice and a little roast beef with some fruit (berries)…. and the next day I might eat 3000 calories everything insight go get a big meal from the whole foods bar etc. I can have like 4 little eating days and a couple huge days I have no specific routine... but I have weighed between 193 and 197 for over a year..... and my strength as been progressively increased throughout the year

      long as you stay at maintenance calories needed for 1 week you'll stay the same wieght. basically if you need 3000 calories per day and you eat 2500, it's fine to eat 3500 the next day. i do the same thing. some days i eat like a girl, other days a monster

      @@dinoortolani4816 dude no lol. I literally eat like nothing sometimes I'll go out to the field and do 14 sprint drills then hit the weights with heavy ass squats and full body movements I think my body has some crazy adaptive ability some weeks I might eat only 9000 cals and other weeks 15000 never more than that I remember when I tried to count calories and shit to gain or lose I literally stayed the same weight. . Ima bout to research it

    • @josmash
      @josmash Před 4 lety +1

      Sounds like you’re carb cycling without knowing it. If your goal is to gain or lose weight you gotta find your caloric needs and stay consistent for weeks and weeks, a few days here and there wont get the job done.
