What a beautiful looking Shotgun with a Inertia Driven System for around $2000. I am looking for one at our local gun shop and this may be the one? Awesome Shotgun!
I lived in Forks, WA on the O.P. for twelve years. I fished the Quillayute, Sol, Duc, and Hoh Rivers hundreds of times. I still have family there, and two of my sons drifted the Quillayute just last weekend. It is beautiful hunting and fishing country, but you do have to like the rain!
Congrats on the really nice semi-auto shotgun, she definitely is a beaut. The Deluxe would be perfect for clays and upland birds, not so much for turkey or waterfowling. As others have said that receiver even with it being a brushed satin nickel aluminum could still catch some light and a turkey's eye, even if sitting in the shade (maybe not in a blind). The Black synthetic (which is what I run with my Franchi Affinity semi-auto) or even the waterfowler would be better in the turkey woods. I too use that Triple Beard and it patterns well, so does Winchester Long Beard XR and Federal Premium Turkey Magnum in 3" 2oz 6 shot that my Dad has been killing birds for years with. Good luck on your future hunt with it. Would be cool if you all could get the Wild Turkey Grand Slam for the USA, which include Easterns, Rio Grandes, Merriams, and Osceola. The Goulds are sadly in Mexico for the NWTF North American Grand Slam. Fly fishing for any trout or salmonoid is an awesome way to go about it. Hardware is nice, but there is something about using that fly and fly rod. Good luck and have tons of fun guys.
Nice gun, I couldn’t afford it but it shoots nice. Looking forward to the spring turkey tour. I didn’t draw a turkey tag this year but at least we get to go along with you all. Thanks for sharing :)
I’m not a hunter but for such a nice shotgun I would imagine it being wrapped in a cloth bag not a plastic bag. Makes the whole packaging look cheap. Like I said I’m not a hunter just here to learn. But it is a sweet shotgun!

What up guys, I grew up in Washington. Caught my first steelhead when I was 9 on the upper sole duck. 22 lbs 38 ". Why you guys having such a tough time ? Lol just kidding, I got lucky. The O.P. is beautiful, wish you guys the best of luck and be safe.
I don't know much about west coast birds. But our easterns will bust off that shiny gun. And if you wanna take it to a wicked level. Look into Indian Creek chokes, jebs, sumtoy. Ammo options are endless. But tss or hevi 13 will extend your range with mind blowing patterns.
That Weatherby shotgun should just be for show off and not Turkey hunting because it's way too shiny and will give off alot of reflection and Turkeys are very well known for there eye sights and would Definitely recommend a camo wrap of some kind. P.S alot work on your Turkey calling. Lol....
I’ve turkey hunted with many different shotguns and most were very far from being camo and nothing has ever busted me they get keyed in on decoys and the only way you’ll get caught is if you’re moving

Get yourself a pattern master choke if they make one for that new gun. You won't wanna go to anything else. I've shot them in all my shotguns. Hands down the best.
