Do you all steam clean the couches that you take in? Because everybody is not clean
They dona full inspection of the item on site before bringing it into the warehouse....cloth couches chairs are esp checked for bugs...and staining....a bulk of the furniture comes from a furniture store. Nothing in the warehouse is tattered of "used" looking

The process is not long.
So where do I find a caseworker? I’m in need of some furniture myself and am not from here. I came from Florida when my parents died, basically I have no family left, half has passed away. I’m desperately needing to find a caseworker to get me started

Its a good thing that you all are helping people in need of free furniture because these days furniture is extremely expensive just like everything else, I do understand there's a process to go through, but y'all putting people through too much red tape just for some used furniture it shouldn't take all that, RIDICULOUS
