Everyone's talking about cutting the onions but nobody's talking about how hard it must've been to cook them evenly without spilling them everywhere.

And me sighing in relief when it didn't 😩💨

Jjajangmyeon (fermented soybean sauce) is savory, earthy, a bit sweet, no you don't really taste onion. The only "onion" flavor you get is the sweetness. 2nd dish is Jjangppong spicy broth usually with seafood such as octopus, squid, mussels, and this one has bean sprouts, 3rd dish is Tangsooyook it can either be pork or beef, it is meat coated in potato flour based batter and coated with sweet or spicy sauce that's based off of corn starch (in the video it looks like the sweet version). It is very crispy and light. This is Korea's take on Chinese dishes. Enjoy.

@PogChamp! Jajangmyeon is a very important food in Korea, and one of the foods where you are guaranteed a generous serving whenever you have it. Trust me any resteraunt that served any less would be out of business quick, our food industry is cut-throat.
I should also note I've been specialising in handmade noodles and jajangmyeon in Chinese Korean resteraunts for 13 years now.

Who would've thought you can save more time by cutting onions in that basket in one go instead of slicing them per piece? You also cooked everything in that pan without spilling anything. That pan must be really heavy but you still managed to blanket the onions entirely with the sauce. I'm in awe the entire time. You're making every chef I see in Food Network amateurish. Everything is fresh too. That's amazing. 😊👏
