Am i the only one surprised and impressed by the onion cutting technique?
Army?
Yeah
Nope , me too , lol
My eye watered just by looking at it 😂
Im surprise that they didnt get a machine to do it.
Everyone's talking about cutting the onions but nobody's talking about how hard it must've been to cook them evenly without spilling them everywhere.
For it's both ,the chopping and the cooking
True... I got all sorts of anxiety watching that fill the wok and then he hust keeps adding in more things... When he added that thickener at the end my head and body was like: "wait! Wait! It'll spill over!"
And me sighing in relief when it didn't 😩💨
Power of professionalism and experience
Congo I'm the last like you got 1k
true
Jjajangmyeon (fermented soybean sauce) is savory, earthy, a bit sweet, no you don't really taste onion. The only "onion" flavor you get is the sweetness. 2nd dish is Jjangppong spicy broth usually with seafood such as octopus, squid, mussels, and this one has bean sprouts, 3rd dish is Tangsooyook it can either be pork or beef, it is meat coated in potato flour based batter and coated with sweet or spicy sauce that's based off of corn starch (in the video it looks like the sweet version). It is very crispy and light. This is Korea's take on Chinese dishes. Enjoy.
oh thank you i was wondering what the black ingredient was
I think it's black beans actually.

Not for me .🤣🤣
It’s probably just for the camera
you see, i thought that too. but like, what if the ppl loading the food up have small hands?
@PogChamp! Jajangmyeon is a very important food in Korea, and one of the foods where you are guaranteed a generous serving whenever you have it. Trust me any resteraunt that served any less would be out of business quick, our food industry is cut-throat.
I should also note I've been specialising in handmade noodles and jajangmyeon in Chinese Korean resteraunts for 13 years now.
It is normal serve. The bad thing is you can't order less.
But the good thing is, you can always order more of it.

Me too!
I feel like my eyes watering while watching him cut the onions
thought the same thing! lol
I think the knife is very sharp to chop those onions.
I could feel my arm gaining two rat just by watching him flip the Wok
That onion cutting technique must've required a lot of skill points to accomplish.
and a lot of onions of course 😏
It was also filled with tears to help cut them as well.
@@mightyryan1456 that tears also help seasoning the onions😂
lvl 1000, hard to achieve that.
Requires a pain tolerance of level 50, blade sharpness of at least level 80, and one handed skill of level 60.
If I had to cut that many onions my eyes would melt out of the sockets, but this team deserves accolades for all their hard work, to prep all of this and film incredible✨
Ifu soak them in water for a while then it won't
lets take a moment to appreciate the one who cleans the equipment😁❤
The whole time I was just staring at his flipping skills. He cooked everything up to the top but still managed to add more and more ingredients without spilling it over.
Yeah because If I start to cook there will more food near the stove than on the plate lol
When i read this comment without looking at the vid, I thought that the person you're talking about is someone who's making a takoyaki

It's easy to make, as long as you get black bean paste from an Asian grocery store, or order it from online. That's how I was able to finally have it.
Who would've thought you can save more time by cutting onions in that basket in one go instead of slicing them per piece? You also cooked everything in that pan without spilling anything.
