Hiya,
Welcome at vRYR. You might want to check the vRYR website, under Resources-->PMDG 737 Config you can find how to configure your flight deck properly (as yours in the video is all wrong) for Ryanair operations. Also, please note that at Ryanair the ELEC HYD PUMPS and the FUEL PUMPS will be switched on before the first flight of the day and remain on for the rest of the day. At Milan Malpensa Ryanair uses Terminal 1, mostly stands 601-613 with jetbridge (hence why the 35 minute turnaround instead of the normal 25 minutes.). Hope this helps.

Great video. I think you can actually change the density of the passengers in the settings of gsx from the addon menu thanks for the video.
