Develop an understanding of Clinching which is a weapon in Muay Thai. Also Arnis clinch and wrestle which is trained as Dumog in the Filipino Martial Arts.
By learning about Clinches and how to handle them in a Muay Thai and a Filipino Way of Fighting, you deepen your knowledge and skills using Clinches as a way of survival in a sportive and combative approach.
