surgeon myself. i always make sure to use trail runners (a lightweight but super high grip shoe) in the hospital and especially the or. absolutely instrumental when operating you feel really planted to the ground and thus appreciably more confident in your hand movements. makes moving around hospital floor easier on legs too.
HOKA Speedgoat 4 is the shoe i use. Has a lot of cushion so absolutely no pain standing all day. so nice makes tough days a little better.

I used to work with a few different brands of shoes, and my momâs a nurse and she loves the asics brand! if you guys end up checking it out, the associates in the store can actually help you with the pronation/arch support that you need and you can even ask for a âpronation testâ done and they can suggest a few styes for you to try! theyre a little pricey (I think cause theyre originally a japanese brand along with Onitsuka Tigers) goodluck!! đđ
